News from Eau Claire

Joel Peed, our previous minister, shares news from the Chippewa Valley Church.

Hey everyone,

I wanted to share real quick some good news from Eau Claire. Heather Mieves was baptized Saturday night, being the first baptism of the Chippewa Valley Church! She is an incredible woman and has become best friends with Christy, along with her kids and ours. She has had many years of professional singing training, and has already sung two special songs at church. Also, on Sunday there were 30 people at church (10 members), many of the friends coming loving church and wanting to come back.

Please be praying for us. I will be sending a prayer team update soon with more answered prayers and specific prayer requests, but in the mean time we all would deeply appreciate your prayers for the people on the team and the people in this area.
