Guest Speaker Sunday
Charlie & Kathy Sawyer will be in town next weekend to encourage our church. Charlie is an elder for the Kansas City Church of Christ and Kathy is a nurse at Overland Park Hospital. They have two children, Nikki and Ross. Nikki is married to Jordan Brown and they live in Indianapolis and recently had a baby boy, Eli.
Ross is college student and recently moved back to Kansas City from Columbia. Charlie and Kathy will be teaching our adult Bible Class on Sunday Morning and then Charlie will be preaching later.
It is a blessing to have faithful brothers and sisters visit to build up our faith and support us in the ministry here in Omaha. The Kansas City church is willing to help us with our down-payment for a new church building so we appreciate our relationship with the brothers and sisters in Kansas.
