2011 Family Carnival

Cost: $5.00 to play all the games
In addition to the games there will be a bounce house, snow cones, cake/snack walk and a DUNK TANK!!!

Hotdogs and hamburgers will be available for sale.

Teaching Workshop with Dr. Steve Kinnard

On October 17th Dr. Steve Kinnard will be in Omaha teaching and preaching at the Omaha Church Christ. Steve is a teacher and an evangelist for the New York City Church of Christ. Steve will speak at 9:30am and 10:45am Sunday morning and then again at 6:00pm Sunday night. Dr. Kinnard has written books on the Gospel of Matthew, the Minor Prophets, Wisdom Literature (Psalms, Proverbs, and Ecclesiastes) and the Life of Christ. Please plan to spend your Sunday learning from Dr. Kinnard on October 17th.

For the month of March our Sunday Night Live service will have a special guest, Christian Hiphop/rap recording artist B.I.G. C.I.T.Y.
B.I.G.C.I.T.Y represents the continuous movement of Godâ??s ministry, and the growing effort to re-win young people to Christ. Tired of the negativity that quickly consumes our youth and society, B.I.G. C.I.T.Yâ??S goal is to rebuild by producing uplifting and self-examining music that will change the way we think about youth. The name B.I.G.C.I.T.Y stands for: Bold Influential Gospel 4 Christ Impacting The Youth.

Please come and join us Sunday March 28th at 5pm for our free supper, followed by worshiping God, and ending the incredible night with a FREE concert from, B.I.G.C.I.T.Y.

5th Annual Hoop for HOPE

OurÂ Fifth Annual Hoop for Hope 3 on 3 Basketball Tournament will take place on Saturday March 27, 2010. The Tournament will take place at Omaha South High School. The Gym is located on 24th and L street at 4519 South 24th Street, Omaha, NEâ?? 68107. This year plans to be our biggest and best year yet bringing in two special guest. Former KU standout running back Maurice Hooks who now leads the Kansas City Church of Christ will be our guest speaker sharing about God’s impact inÂ his life. also for our 5th anniversary we are bringing in Phillidelphia radio personality and recording artist B.I.G. C.I.T.Y for a halftime preformance. As always prizes will be awarded for 1st and 2nd place teamsÂ from eachÂ division and ALL our proceeds benefit HOPE worldwide projects.
